We are working with a brilliant practice in Glasgow who is going through an exciting expansion plan. We are looking for 3 IFA administrators for the team.
The IFA Administrator is responsible for providing support to Advisers across a broad spectrum of financial issues including investment, protection and pensions.
The successful candidate will work within a large team in the Glasgow office.
Key Responsibilities
* Key client contact: phone calls, arranging meetings, etc
* Organising advisers diary
* Managing client reviews/Preparing Meeting Packs
* Preparing of Client Agreements and Agendas
* Drafting Client communications including some Suitability Reports
* Managing post meeting actions
* Delivering support in a profitable manner, making use of existing and new technology
Support of Managing Director;
* Diary management and oversight of inbox
* Managing actions, preparation of meeting agendas and papers
* Working with clients
Experience & Knowledge
* Efficient in all MS Office applications, platforms and websites
* Cashcalc, FE analytics and Dynamic Planner
* Understanding and knowledge of financial services products, providers and regulation
