Prepworld is looking for Food Hygiene Team Leaders - To lead a team of Hygiene Operatives to maintain the site to the level required by PrepWorld and to meet legal requirements. Main duties: To lead the Hygiene Operatives, to ensure the completion of hygiene schedules to ensure factory and environment are maintained to a high standard. Responsible for ensuring that the required quality, safety, hygiene and environmental standards are maintained and improved. To be clear about what is expected of the individuals of the team Maintaining excellent communication throughout the department in order to ensure the hygiene plans are adhered Ensure the highest food safety and hygiene standards are embedded throughout the team.
