Research and Innovation Services is seeking a Research Information Coordinator to support the Research Information and Systems team. In this role, you will make an important contribution by ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes that underpin research management at the University. We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational and communication skills who can work effectively in a collaborative environment.
As a key member of the Research Information and Systems team, you will:
* Provide administrative support, ensuring team activities run efficiently.
* Act as a point of contact for enquiries, offering guidance to stakeholders.
* Organise and service meetings, including preparing papers, minuting discussions, and coordinating review panels.
* Support team led events and training, managing logistics such as diary coordination and venue bookings.
* Review and refine processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Provide support to the Head of Research Information and Systems as required.
We are looking for a highly organised and adaptable professional who is:
* Confident in building strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, with experience producing reports.
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

This post is offered on a part-time, fixed-term basis. 17.5 hours per week until 31/03/2026.
