Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Social & Community Lead passionate about web3 and games who will be responsible for growing and managing our community on various platforms, building lasting and engaging relationships with our players and promoting our brand.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
* You’ll set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies and to create community significant growth.
* You’ll be the voice on X and Discord sparking conversation and delivering a consistent tone to our communities.
* You’ll have a deep understanding of community building on Twitter, telegram, and Discord, along with other main social media channels.
* You’ll generate and maintain conversations in all communities.
* You’ll be responsible for establishing collaborations and partnerships with creators, brands, and relevant communities.
* You’ll respond to comments and players queries in a timely manner.
* You’ll monitor and report on feedback and online comments and reviews.
* You’ll lead experiments that help scale our community programs and their impact.
* You’ll be responsible for managing all moderators in communities.
* You’ll build and execute a strategy to drive community growth and engagement and you will create reports to leadership showing the community growth
* You’ll organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
* You’ll coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications team members and suppliers to ensure brand consistency.
* You’ll liaise with Development and Business Development departments to stay updated on new products and features.
* You’ll build relationships with users, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists.
* You’ll stay up to date with our team and product plans to be able to communicate it to our players community.
* You’ll stay up-to-date with all Web3 trends and topics, crypto gaming competitors, and related industries.
What you'll bring to the team:
* Passion and personal experience in playing digital games
* At least 2 years of experience in community management.
* Master at managing communities on platforms like X and Discord.
* Active in gaming communities and a passion for blockchain and Web3.
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to develop engaging content.
* Ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
* Hands-on experience with social media management for brands.
* Excellent verbal and writing skills.
* Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
* Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
