WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Customer Service & Sales Contact (known internally as the Probate Beneficiary Contact) works with our new and existing client base, assisting our Client Relationship Managers with looking after our client's property and maintenance needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
* Managing beneficiaries’ requests and providing good customer service
* Converting each property from valuations to instruction to market
* Working with existing and new client’s requirements, including direct contact with our clients
* Supporting CRMs with administration duties which contribute to managing the portfolio.
* Dealing with our client’s customers directly to discuss converting marketing instructions / maintenance and conveyancing opportunities

REQUIREMENTS
And now for the nitty gritty:
Customer service lies at the heart of this role. As this position sits within the Probate department you will likely be liaising with people in distress and so will need to demonstrate compassion, empathy, and the ability to provide a human touch.
You will however also need to demonstrate ability to work to target and be able to multi-task in what can be a high-pressure environment.
You will need to be a clear and confident communicator, as well as an able administrator, who can pay attention to detail and work quickly and accurately.
You will be proficient with computer usage, particularly Microsoft Office (to include Word, Excel and Outlook).
Whilst able to operate independently, you will also need to be a team player and willing to support your colleagues as needed to deliver results. As such your bonus will be influenced by the success of individual and team performance.
