We're seeking two customer focused individuals to join our Special Educational Needs (SEN) team to provide communications support. Our SEN team work to provide support to parents, carers and schools to ensure that our children receive the right support depending on their needs and we're looking to enhance this with these two key roles. We're looking for individuals who have an empathetic and pro-active approach to supporting customers in the SEN journey. You should have experience of providing customer support, and have excellent communication and organisational skills. This role will be primarily focused on how to navigate the SEND system - we'll provide full training on SEN matters and legislation, although some knowledge of this area would be an advantage.
