Job Description
* Provide comprehensive HR advice to managers and employees
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies
* Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
* Handle employee relations issues, including grievance and disciplinary procedures
* Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations
* Coordinate training and development initiatives
* Participate in HR projects as required
* Contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive working environment
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* CIPD Level 5 accredited or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
* Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
* Experience in handling HR matters in a Not For Profit setting
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
