Role Overview We are continually growing our business and require additional talent to service our expanding client base. Our immediate needs include the recruitment of a Media Performance Analyst to support the team based in central London. In your role as Online Media Performance Analyst, you will work within a team servicing high profile clients across a number of different types of engagements covering a wide range of international markets. You will analyze data from primarily Digital media campaigns while also supporting on TV analysis. The role will include identifying razor-sharp insights into the effects of marketing strategies and how to optimize them, uncovering the true cost of media investments in order to understand their value. The ultimate goal is to help our clients make smarter choices and increase their return on investment. Much of our work comprises reporting on our clients’ media investments. As a Digital Media Performance Analyst, you will handle all parts of the project behind a report – from data handling & management, to both standardized and creative analysis, and finally creating presentations of your findings in reports. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities which make up the role include, but not limited to: · Analysis of client media data using ECI’s TargetMark ® proprietary technology · Focus on Online media analyses · Interpretation and interrogation of clients’ media performance · Building of client reports/presentations · Developing relationship with clients’ media agencies · Support relevant directors/consultants on management of partner companies · Develop and enhance your understanding of international media market dynamics · Any other duties assigned by line manager Skills and Experience The majority of the role will focus on the analysis of Online media data and also TV, so we are looking for a confident and naturally curious individual with a logical mindset when approaching challenges and data. You can interpret your analysis in an engaging, easily digestible way that clearly demonstrates the impact for clients and helps them to streamline their media buying for optimal advertising performance. You are an enthusiastic and dedicated team player but also a motivated self-starter. The successful candidate will have the following required skills and profile: · Educated to degree level, with a first or upper-second class degree (or equivalent) · Highly numerate -studied mathematics to at least A/AS-level (Grade B or above) · Analytical with a keen eye for detail · Be proactive and take initiative, a great team player with a can-do attitude · Natural collaborator and will contribute to a positive workplace dynamic · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail and always meeting deadlines · An appetite and aptitude to learn quickly · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint are vital) and the ability to quickly understand ECI’s bespoke systems, as required · Excellent communication skills and confident at explaining complex insights in a pedagogical way. The successful candidate will preferably have the following desired skills and profile: · A genuine interest in the new media landscape and marketing · Degree in mathematics, economics, marketing, business or similar · Knowledge of programming (VBA or SQL or similar) · Additional languages to English are an advantage but not necessary.
