Our Product and Technology teams are the driving force behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we’re known for. They continuously strive for better, delivering impactful innovations that power transactions globally.
The Office of the CISO supports the critical needs of the Worldpay Security Services CISO arm of the business, providing essential functions in financial and work management oversight, capacity, resourcing, strategic efficiency, and insights.
What You’ll Own
1. Coordinate discrete packages of work, such as operational tasks, and executive reporting.
2. Support workflow and project delivery processes.
3. Support development of specific business processes/governance frameworks.
4. Use data modelling techniques to identify ways to improve organizational effectiveness.
5. Communicate with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and convey insights and proposals.
6. Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new ways of working and improved processes.
7. Explore alternative solutions, assessing their risks, benefits, and impacts.
8. Propose solutions to stakeholders and keep them updated on progress.
9. Create technical and process documentation to outline proposed changes and steps involved.
10. Ensure changes are successfully implemented according to requirements.
11. Contribute to training and support for those affected by new systems and processes.

What You Bring
1. Advanced skills in distilling requirements and articulating them verbally and in writing.
2. Advanced skills in running repeatable, monthly processes effectively.
3. Advanced skills in managing and organizing complex data sets.
4. Advanced knowledge of building complex data models in Excel and supporting applications (complex formulas, macros, pivot table analysis, etc.).
5. Ability to compile executive summary presentations of data insights, observations, and proposals.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to lead data gathering exercises, with clear outcomes and progress communicated throughout.
7. Ability to question, check, and evaluate information and sources to determine the best path forward.
8. Skill in identifying and separating key components of problems and situations.
9. Ability to manipulate and interpret information from multiple sources to spot patterns and trends.
10. Willingness to share information and support team members and the wider organization.
11. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
12. Foundational knowledge of ServiceNow products and features.
13. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and SharePoint is preferred.
14. Conversant in Project delivery and Agile methodology is preferred.
