People Manager
Salary: £37,000 - £42,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this thriving Tech company located in the South of Leeds. Joining an established team, this dynamic company is seeking to appoint a People Manager to lead and support the People Team and provide support to the wider office community. Working 40 hours a week in a flexible work setting, the successful candidate will have a strong foundation and at least 2-5 years of people management experience, seeking a fresh challenge. The successful People Manager will have exposure to a variety of day-to-day tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Engaging and maintaining a successful onboarding and offboarding process
* Manage internal HR system
* Supporting full employee life cycle
* Arrange & support L&D requirements
* Manage the wider People team
* Supporting Line Managers on all structural issues
* Engagement & Retention
* Manage all payroll
* Supporting wider HR function
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and engaging individual to drive forward this team within a dynamic office setting. The ideal experience for the People Manager will be:
* 2-5 years of People Management experience
* CIPD level 3 or 5 would be advantageous but not essential
* A strong and engaging communicator
* A driver for change
* Strong MS Office skills
* Exposure to HR systems
