About the department: The Technical Sales department is responsible for managing technical communications with customers, ensuring internal alignment to meet customer requirements (including delivery, quality, and service), and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships. We are looking for Project Management Engineer to work on our team. The role is responsible for managing customer major requirement and complaints, and support sales team on the bus orders. Main Tasks and responsibilities: Responsible for managing UK customer requirement and major complaint issues, coordinate resources across departments, monitor the overall project progress, address key issues and risks, and ensure proper management. Collect and organize milestone events, key project phases, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project management team Ideal candidate profile: 2 years of experience in a Project Management or similar role with proven successful records of managing multiple projects/customers of varying sizes in parallel; Experience in cross-cultural management, client management and conflict management, strong sense of responsibility and ownership; Solid knowledge of the automotive, preferably the e-Bus market; Strong and effective in English and Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
