Thames Hospice is an independent adult hospice with a beautiful 28 bed hospice at Bray Lake in Maidenhead with views of the lake and state of the art facilities.
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, manage multiple projects with ease, and deliver outstanding digital campaigns.
What you’ll do:
1. Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on PPC (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.)
2. Write compelling copy for ads, websites, and marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions
3. Collaborate with creative teams to develop visually impactful campaigns
4. Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
5. Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
What we’re looking for:
1. Proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in PPC campaign management
2. Excellent writing and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
3. A keen eye for design and creative content
4. Exceptional project management and organisational skills
5. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
