Job Title: Operations Leader (Plant Maintenance) Location: Barrow-In-Furness – Onsite Salary: Circa £49,000 dependent on experience What you’ll be doing: Planning ahead for priority work to enable smooth project progression Engaging and managing relations with key stakeholders around the site Producing KPI’s and graphs and presenting these to the senior management team Reviewing plant maintenance schedules and risk assessments Applying root cause analysis for different issues on site to mitigate these in future Your skills and experiences: Essential Maintenance engineering background (planned activities, reactive maintenance) Previous leadership experience HNC or relevant experience SAP experience Desirable Planning and scheduling experience Experience creating reports Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The Plant Maintenance Team: As part of the Maintenance Team, you will be working across the site in a variety of business areas within an expanding team. You will be working closely with Engineering and Project teams to help maintain facilities and assets to complete the programme and support the new facilities coming online. There will be the opportunity to communicate updates and gain exposure to senior stakeholders across several business units and progression opportunities to the right candidate.
