Responsibilities:
* Event Management:
o Organise and manage the logistics for internal meetings, workshops, and seminars from beginning to delivery.
o Collaborate with sales managers to determine relevant workshop topics and themes.
o Set up marketing campaigns within our CRM system.
o Develop and distribute marketing materials, including invitation emails, newsletters, and social media content.
o Ensure all necessary follow-up activities are carried out, including coordination with the telemarketing and sales teams.
* Event Logistics:
o Arrange catering and coordinate office and room set-up for events.
o Work with the sales and lab manager to set up laboratory spaces for events as needed.
o Organise event merchandise and name badges for attendees.
o Manage access rights to the building for guests and attendees.
o Welcome customers during events to ensure smooth operations on the day of the event.
* Post-Event Activities:
o Create and manage social media posts before and after events to maximize engagement.
o Coordinate the collection and distribution of survey forms to gather feedback from participants and follow up with invitees.
o Conduct debrief sessions with sales teams to discuss outcomes and add leads to the CRM for further follow-up.
* Team Collaboration:
o Support the marketing manager and team in various projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
* Completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
* Proactive and able to use initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems.
* A keen interest in areas such as PR, Google platforms, social media, and CRM systems.
