Office Based - Southampton
£Here at Garmin, we love what we do - fuelling people's passions for fitness monitoring, sports timing, mapping and management, driving and/or sailing while using GPS to navigate the world. Regular communication with Garmin Offices to understand local variances, sales trends and promotions/deals which will impact future demand. Primary interface between global supply planning and Garmin customers and the demand expectations from Garmin’s EMEA customers.
Reviewing recommended sales forecast and inventory goals in line with S&OP targets (emphasis on accuracy, road map transitions, NPI, EOL& promotions)
Co-ordinate inter-office/office customer transfers as required
Review excess inventory levels and communicate to Garmin Offices as necessary, report back to team on action taken.
Work with Global Supply Chain on production priorities and requirements and dealing with allocations on arrival of goods.
Accept and complete projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned and any ad hoc duties as requested by management.
Proficient use of Microsoft – Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook
Previous demand planning/forecasting/procurement experience desirable
Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment
Oracle & Demantra experience an advantage.
