The Marketing & Communities Manager is a key role at Alibi, responsible for delivering the Marketing & Communications strategy, promoting all activities and services, and handling external communications in line with the organisation’s vision and values. They will focus on audience and community development, nurturing sponsors and donors, and building relationships with schools and the community around Emmanuel Hall, as well as managing our team of volunteers.
We are a small and committed staff team that works collaboratively and flexibly, supporting each individual’s strengths. Our priority for this role is to find the right person, so if you think that could be you but you don’t quite fit all the criteria, please reach out. We are open to flexible approaches to the role and the possibility of tailoring the requirements for someone less experienced but eager to take on the challenge.

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
The position is for three days (24 hours) a week. However, there may be a need for flexible working hours to meet the programme's needs, including occasional evening and weekend work. We are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements to accommodate caring responsibilities.
