Job summary We have exciting new Health Visitor vacancies to work across Sussex a) The post holder will work within a skill mixed team to promote the health and wellbeing of children and their families. The post holder will provide specialist practitioner knowledge and advice; assessing care needs, developing, implementing and evaluating programmes of care and public health developments in the community, liaising with other agencies as required. b) Practitioners at this level assume responsibility for planned teaching/supervision of junior staff and students, and will ensure the mentorship and supervision of students both pre and post registration.
