The District Nursing service in Oxfordshire is at the heart of developments in community care, as per the NHS Long Term Plan.
* All new starters have a thorough induction process, both local and Trust wide.
* Appointment to this post is subject to the trust receiving satisfactory references covering 3 years of employment or study.

* Educated to degree level or equivalent
Knowledge and Experience

* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* Ability to supervise and support a range of individuals including team members, formal and informal carers
* Demonstrates leadership skills; ability to plan and organise own and other's work
Technical expertise/competence
