We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Manager to provide outstanding support to our Regional Director in the Humber, ensuring seamless operations and enabling effective decision-making at the highest level.
The Role
As the Executive Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting ABP’s Regional Director in the Humber, managing key administrative and operational functions. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring efficient communication, organisation, and coordination of business and social activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Regional Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and manage key documentation, such as reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
* Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication with discretion and efficiency.
* Coordinate board and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
* Drive process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of executive operations.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
* Lead and manage a team of administrative support professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and engaging environment.
* Experienced event planner.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in executive support or a similar role, ideally within a complex, fast-paced organisation.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanour.
* High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
* Experience in managing and developing a team is desirable.
