Your objective is to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues to prevent re occurrence. What You Will Do Sets, monitors and improves the processes according to Statistical Process Control methodologies Sets and saves process settings and standards (center lining, CIL) and facilitates the application of standards/systems Support product/material development and project implementation according to Design for Six Sigma Master DDS zero loss flow chart and coach teams in the application Own technical gap analysis of their area of responsibility Lead small group activity in own technology area because is the expert for process and technology for their lines Responsible to improve the results Is ultimately responsible for continuously optimizing the production processes in a sustainable way through RCA and standardization Who You Are Key attributes required to be successful in this role are: Have a strong Manufacturing process Knowledge Have been actively involved in process improvement activities and key projects Can demonstrate previous data driven analysis and decision making Can work with people at all levels both internally and externally Have clear communication skills and be able to influence others as well as listen to others effectively Be proactive in identifying issues and results focused, ensuring full completion of projects Although a technical background/qualifications would be beneficial it is not essential.
