Pharmacy Technician or Science Manufacturing Technician

We are looking for a motivated enthusiastic individual to work in our modern licensed unit, joining our friendly, dedicated workforce in the Aseptic services section of the pharmacy department.
As a Band 4/Band 5, you will already have a great deal of current experience in a technical services unit and understand the need to fully adhere to standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for:
1. Preparing products including Clinical Trials, Chemotherapy, Adult PN, Antibiotics, and Enzyme Replacement Treatments in clean air devices.
2. Assisting with physical and environmental monitoring schedules.
3. Cleaning of essential equipment.
4. Accuracy checking volumes and processes during production.
5. Delegating tasks where required.
6. Team leading.
7. Worksheet and label production and organisation of the workload for CIVAS/PN.
8. Conducting internal audits.
9. Supervising junior staff with training.
10. Having an increased responsibility for the outcome of production for your assigned area.
You will have a level 3 in pharmacy services skills or equivalent (Science Manufacturing Technician qualification). Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
