An excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer / Setter to join a well-established company.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week).
Salary: Up to £50,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.
Location: Worthing, West Sussex BN14.
About The Role:
Due to their fast-growing business, the company have a vacancy for a highly skilled CNC Turner Programmer/Setter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-change set-ups, tight tolerances and a full component production from start to finish.
This opportunity would suit someone who wants to work for a leading precision engineering business that specialises in the manufacture of small to medium sized, complex components.
Main Responsibilities:
* Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with precision
* Program and set multi-axis Fanuc lathes efficiently and accurately
* Consistently produce high-quality components to exact specifications
* Use CAD software (experience preferred but not essential)
* Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure smooth workflow
* Continuously evaluate and improve current working processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality

Schedule:
* Monday to Thurs, 7.30am – 4.30pm (30mins for lunch)
* Friday 7.30am – 1.30pm
