If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Eastfield Primary School on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work as part of our team of committed Midday Supervisors and join a school where children’s individual journeys are recognised. This role will be Monday to Friday, working 7.5 hours a week, during term time only. As Midday Supervisor you will be expected to help supervise the children at lunchtime, ensuring the children are eating and playing in a safe, friendly environment. The post holder will be expected to lead games and interact with the children, whilst modelling excellent communication skills at all times. We are looking for an individual who will bring fun to an important part of the day, who focuses on engaging in conversation and can be understanding with our children. We are looking for someone who is first aid trained or willing to undertake this training. The ideal candidate will have training in and be able to develop an understanding of children’s individual needs, both medical and behavioural. This role is a rewarding one with a successful candidate having the opportunity to gain experience working in a school environment.
