Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging English and Maths tutoring sessions to Key Stage 3 students.
* Develop personalised learning plans to meet the educational needs of each student.
* Provide academic support and guidance to help students improve their understanding and grades.
* Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding student progress.
Minimum Requirements:
* A relevant degree in English, Maths, Education, or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred.
* Experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths to Key Stage 3 students.
* Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 3 English and Maths curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.
* Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
* Part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling tutoring sessions.
* Work may involve travel to different locations to provide outreach tutoring (in students' homes, local libraries, or schools).
* Collaboration with school staff and parents to support student learning.
