Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Operations Manager to provide vital administrative and operational support to a busy investment team. This is a varied role that requires excellent coordination skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Diary & Meeting Management - Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Travel & Accommodation - Booking national and international travel, ensuring smooth itineraries.
Procurement & Finance Admin - Raising purchase orders (POs) and managing invoices.
Operational Support - Assisting with event planning, CRM updates, and reporting.
Stakeholder Coordination - Liaising with internal teams and external partners.
About You:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Experience in a PA, Team Coordinator, or similar administrative role.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (desirable)
