Job Description
* Develop and implement strategies for alumni and community engagement.
* Organise events and initiatives to foster a strong alumni network.
* Maintain and update alumni data records.
* Liaise with stakeholders to promote the school's mission and values.
* Act as a point of contact for alumni queries and concerns.
* Identify and leverage opportunities for alumni involvement in school initiatives.
* Conduct regular reports on alumni engagement activities and outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Alumni And Community Engagement Manager Should Have
* A background in marketing, communications, or related field.
* Proven experience in community engagement or alumni relations.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Strong project management abilities.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and databases.
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* A proactive attitude and a passion for the Not For Profit sector.
