Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Estate Assistant to join our enthusiastic and driven team based at our client’s sites throughout the UK and Irland
In this role you will help oversee planned and reactive maintenance work across our sites, opening relocating and closing of offices working alongside the Hard services, cleaning ESG and security sectors of our business.
About You:
1. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
2. Demonstrable experience of providing FM management or supervisory duties.
3. Management experience of directly employed staff and supply partners.
4. Control and management of budgets.
5. Proven record of continuous improvement and change management.
6. Excellent Communication, Presentation, organisational & time management skills
7. Proficient Computer skills (all aspects of Microsoft Office)
8. Experience in managing planned and reactive tasks via CAFM systems.
9. Demonstrated Leadership skills - Proven record of developing and coaching high-performance teams.
10. Experience of managing Health and Safety (IOSH
11. Management of statutory activities relevant to the Corporate Office/warehouse type environment
12. Understanding of Energy and Waste Data.
13. Cover for Reception duties as required across the estate.
14. Manage projects with the office manager of head of estates
Key Responsibilities:
15. Carry out weekly meetings with our onsite reception team– PPM review / local engineering issues/and a look ahead.
16. Working with the management team, contributing to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies, and practices for the business
17. To be able to use the company CAFM system.
18. To collaborate with all relevant parties to improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of companies’ mission.
19. Contribute to the business plan process whilst being aware of, and drive, best in class performance to exploit synergies across the Business.
20. To direct the performance and behaviours across the Operations function, ensuring compliance with the Budget and both business strategic and tactical plans.
21. Work with and involve Managers to deliver budget and improve Company profitability.
22. Report on aspects of performance, making and implementing changes to address discrepancies or drive improvement.
