Job Description
We are looking for a Workforce Planning Coordinator who can maintain and support our Workforce Management system, Verint.
Based in our Shirebrook office, you will be a confident forecaster, planner, scheduler and communicator who is able to collaborate with internal Customer Service teams to ensure that the process and polices that are in place for Workforce Management are adhered to.
* Be the Subject Matter Expert for Verint, understanding the system setup and day to day management of the system and making changes in line with department requirements.
* Responsible for day to scheduling and forecasting, ensuring we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
* Ability to identify staffing requirements through long term forecasting and provide recommendations as to correct level of staffing required.
* Act as a point of the contact for the department on workforce management ad-hoc requests and questions related to the Verint system.
* Manage holiday requests and allocations on a weekly basis ensuring they are accurate and in line with departmental policies.
* Own the setup, creation, and distribution of reports that give the operational leadership team insight into shrinkage and adherence.
* Create and distribute communications to support with process and training on the workforce management system to ensure the department is always up to date.
* Maintain a close relationship with the operational leadership team to help ensure Real Time Adherence targets are met.
Qualifications
• Experience with a Workforce planning system such as Verint or similar product.
• Experience within a similar Work Force Planning role.
• Proven experience of communicating effectively across multiple audiences.
• A customer service background would be beneficial.
• Excellent with people and building relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to deliver in an agile environment that is fast moving.
• High attention to detail.
