The Spares Planning and Procurement department is a busy, thriving department, central to the procurement and availability of spare parts for the merchant customer supply chain and for our (350+) service engineers, by planning incoming component material and finished product from the international supply chain.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Co-ordinating with a number of Bosch sites and independent suppliers.
* Planning spares production requirements onsite at Worcester.
* Supporting service engineers in the field with stock queries and order replenishment of stock, to ensure the ‘first time fix’ KPI for our Service department and ultimately, the end customer for heating and hot water.

Our ideal candidate must have:
* Good communication and positive attitude to both internal and external supply chain planners.
* Computer literacy is a must with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Our ideal candidate should have:
* A good mix of data analysis and discussing outcomes with an analytical approach.
* Supply chain experience.

Contract Duration: 1 year
Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.
