This primary school provides personalised education tailored to meet the needs of its pupils aged 5-12. They ensure that their pupils are happy, safe and make progress on their journey to adulthood. All pupils have an Education, Health and Care plan (EHCP) and have outcomes within the social emotional and mental health (SEMH) strand of the SEND code of practice. The vast majority of pupils have multi layered needs and have outcomes in other areas of the code of practice such as communication and interaction, cognition and learning or physical and sensory. The successful candidate will need to be able to work within the classroom, liaise with the class teacher, pastoral team and the SEN Team and be willing to provide bespoke support for students with SEMH needs.
