The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, youll be the first point of contact for families looking to improve their homes energy efficiency. Your role will be to guide them through the processwhether theyre applying for a boiler grant, booking a cavity wall inspection, or simply looking for advice. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers Handling incoming calls, emails, and online enquiries with warmth and professionalism Advising customers on our services, including insulation options, eco-friendly boilers, and grant eligibility Scheduling appointments and managing follow-ups with surveyors and installation teams Maintaining accurate customer records and supporting administrative tasks Resolving queries and ensuring every customer has a smooth, positive experience Essential Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outbound sales and customer service experience Empathetic, patient, and solution-focused approach Organised with great attention to detail Passionate about sustainability and helping others You would be part of a purpose-driven company making a real impact who provide full training so no technical experience required.
