Site supervisor / team leader (Social housing) - St Albans
Fixed Term – 12 Months, Full-Time (40 hours per week) Positions:2
We are seeking two Site Supervisors to join our team in St Albans on a 12-month contract. You will lead projects, ensuring excellent service standards and achievement of KPIs. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, assessing resource requirements, and maintaining Health & Safety standards. You will also manage subcontractor performance, participate in review meetings, resolve complaints, and implement action plans.Requirements:
1. Significant technical knowledge and experience in planned works.
2. Proven track record in delivering projects on time and on budget.
3. Experience with K&Bs, Windows & Doors replacements, roof replacements, and possibly FRA.
4. SMSTS certification.
5. Excellent time management and IT skills.
6. Full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
