We are working with a national business compliance company based in Hinckley, that offers expert advice on HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety to more than 14,000 businesses across the UK. They are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team.About the job:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a Field Sales team across a defined geographical area - this is usually around 10/15 Business Development Managers directly reporting to you. It will be your job to motivate, coach, develop and organisation of the sales team in order to achieve new business targets across all field sales territories. You will be building a high-performance sales culture, helping your team to develop self-generating referral new business, and assisting with call preparation, pipeline management, sales process execution, performance management and presentation skills. You will be accountable for achieving the aggregate monthly, quarterly and annual volume revenue, and targets for your region.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Achieving overall new business revenue and volume targets
2. Ensuring minimum activity levels are achieved and exceeded - prospecting calls, appointments, and presentations
3. Delivering self-generated new business by coaching and managing your BDMs
