Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and housekeeping as per care plans.
Uphold governance, confidentiality, and safeguarding standards, particularly regarding liberty deprivation.
Promptly report risks and concerns for necessary actions.
Focus consistently on the health and well-being of individuals supported.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory obligations.
Foster effective communication within the team and maintain accurate documentation.
Support and engage with the community, representing Encompass positively.
Promote a supportive emotional environment and adhere to all policies and training requirements.
Engage sensitively with individuals supported, their families, and colleagues, respecting diversity.

Induction sessions occur every two weeks on Monday and Tuesday. As part of your employment with Encompass Care you are expected to attend both session. Flexibility is required as some training, such as manual handling, is only held on weekdays.
