A bit about the job:
This role exists to lead the newly created Group Compliance Monitoring and Reporting team within Group Compliance and Conduct. You will set group-wide standards for compliance and conduct monitoring, collaborating across markets and ensuring they evolve with Aviva’s business and regulatory environment. You will produce impactful reports for senior stakeholders, both on monitoring activity at Aviva Group Centre and more broadly on group-wide activity. Additionally, you will be responsible for the production of insightful risk and outcome-based Compliance and Conduct reports to group governance committees.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Experienced Financial Services professional with direct experience working in or with Conduct and Compliance teams, performing assurance and/or investigative work.
* Proven track record in developing and embedding methodologies and frameworks.
* Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills; able to work constructively with and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
* Ability to produce meaningful, insightful reports for senior stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and a flexible influencing style.

* National salary circa £100,000, London Salary Circa £120,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
* Bonus opportunity – 25% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
