Responsibilities You will conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities and develop and maintain strong, trust based relationships with existing and new clients. You will also have a detailed understanding of and experience in the execution of the formal commercial documents including end to end tender frameworks and stages, proposals, work agreements and contracts and be able to demonstrate how you have contributed to improving service offerings in the past. Qualifications What we are looking for: A strong sales and business development background for a service provider that involves Business to Business consultative sales Experience of writing, presenting and implementing sales strategies A minimum of 5 years in commercial (sales, marketing and BD) management experience A stable employment track record with greater than 3 years in each previous position A strong commercial background and evidence of successfully managing, developing and growing commercial teams to deliver success and meet targets Resident within a commutable distance of Doncaster DN9 3RH – 5 days in the office per week will be required whilst learning the products / services, reverting to a hybrid model after Experience working with various departments such as operations, marketing and finance to develop and implement commercial strategies Experience of market research and analysis to aid decision making and strategic planning Experience of client relationship management and growing client base / bottom line An ability and willingness to occasionally travel nationally and internationally Proficiency in planning, scheduling and resource management Experience of a CRM at a strategic level – salesforce would be advantageous A detailed understanding and execution of formal commercial documents including tender frameworks and end to end stages, proposals, work agreements, contracts, invoicing and credit control IT skills - Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams Experience managing multiple tasks, determining priorities as appropriate, with the flexibility to adapt and adjust to unforeseen circumstances Sales / Business Development experience in a Security industry (advantageous) About us: Welcome to Air Partner – where the skies are not the limit, they're just the beginning Established in 1961, Air Partner is an international aviation services group and we're inviting you to join our crew.
