FPG is recruiting an HR Business Partner for a global software company with a strong international presence. To be successful you must have experience implementing strategic partnerships on an international level, dealing with ambiguity, building processes from scratch, and a deep understanding of true scalability. If you have a consultancy background managing multiple business units, overseeing a headcount spanning over US, EMEA, and APAC, and partnering with C-level stakeholders this role could be for you.

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) per annum plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development to drive business success.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience. Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes.
3. Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career development. Partner with leadership to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
4. Compensation and Benefits: Manage annual compensation and bonus processes, ensuring fairness and competitiveness in the market.
5. HRIS Management: Oversee the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate and timely data management. Leverage HR analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
6. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all business units are in compliance with local legislation and adhere to company policies. Guide on HR-related legal matters and collaborate with legal counsel when necessary.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
3. 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on international HR business partnering.
4. Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
5. Strong understanding of true scalability and experience supporting global expansion initiatives.
6. In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and regulations across multiple international jurisdictions.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
