Senior Lettings Negotiator Salary: £26k - £30k DOE OTE company benefits Location: Hove Hours: Mon - Fri 8.45 - 17.30 and alternate Saturdays 9.30-17.00 with half day in lieu off in the week. Responsibilities: Dealing with incoming queries from new applicants via email and phone. Registering applicants and discussing appropriate properties that they might be interested in. Booking in viewings and organising the diary for the rest of the team. Generating new business opportunities and implementing new strategies to support successful marketing activities. Assist in training new members of the team. Liasing and negotiating new lets with new tenants and landlords. Update and create good relationships with landlords. Utilising software and IT platforms to generate maximum interest on your new properties to let. Negotiating terms with landlords and attending market appraisals. Updating the inhouse property CRM system accurately. Proactively drive the growth of the department and contribute to improvement ideas. The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply: Proven background within lettings and thrive in a proactive working environment. Results driven, proactive and hard working. Full UK driving licence. Strong negotiation skills with the ability generate new business opportunities. Confident, personable and customer focused. Good IT skills and have a genuine passion for the industry. Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
