Kings is actively seeking a Temporary Reception Manager to join our prestigious legal client in London to provide a first class service to all persons visiting the company, ensuring the highest of care is provided at all times. This position is expected to last for 8-12 weeks, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervising the client suite team, ensuring the team delivers a 5 star service.
2. Good working knowledge of Trimble, Condeco or similar is essential.
3. Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently.
4. Handling general enquiries from clients and staff.
5. Ensuring a seamless flow of communication within the organisation.
6. Managing events, functions and meeting rooms.
7. Team Leader or Management experience essential.
8. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
9. Familiarity with switchboard systems is preferred.
10. Strong IT skills, competent in Microsoft Office 365 applications to intermediate level.
