Dental Treatment Coordinator
Sync Dental is seeking an Experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Windsor & Surrey. This person is responsible for providing direct patient care services to the Sync Dental team and patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow in a profession that requires a high level of attention to detail, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Position Summary:
* Assists in maintaining patient flow throughout the practice.
* Assists patients booking in specialist treatment such as periodontal consultations, CT Scans, endodontic treatment, Composite Bonding.
* Assists patients with finance options and completing finance applications.
* Confident with a patient facing role that involves creating strong patient relationships.
* Coordinates high-end treatment plans and ensures a smooth patient journey.
* Assists with various marketing tasks.
* Provides in-depth information on available treatments, payment plans, finance options, dentist availability, and appointment options.
* Assists in the development of treatment plans when needed.
* Other duties as assigned by management.
The Role:
Sync Dental is a fast-growing, well-established dental group offering both private and NHS services. The treatments we offer range from hygiene visits and general dentistry to orthodontics, implants, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, composite bonding, and more.
The Treatment Coordinator role is an office-based position based in our main office in Addlestone, Surrey. However, due to the nature of the position, it does involve travelling to our other dental centres based in Surrey, including Chertsey, Windsor, Parkside (Goldsworth Park), Pyrford, and West Byfleet. You will mainly be based at Sync Dental Windsor & Sync Dental Pyrford and will be responsible for the Treatment Coordinator duties at these practices.
Five days a week, Monday to Friday, with 1 to 2 Saturdays a month (a swap day will be provided in the week when working a Saturday).
Required Skills:
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to work with others in a team environment, including practice managers, nurses, and dentists.
* Ability to work with various software programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Dentally/SEO.
* Knowledge of various editing software such as Canva and Photoshop.
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong verbal communication skills along with a professional demeanor.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.

Pay: £26,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
