Secured Loan / 2nd Charge Case Manager A growing tech group are expanding looking for an experienced Second Charge Case Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Second Charge Mortgage Advisers, handling the following responsibilities: Documentation Check: Verify client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. Case Packaging: Prepare and package cases to be submitted to lenders. Pre-Underwriting: Conduct pre-underwriting assessments to ensure cases meet initial lending criteria. Application Processing: Oversee the application process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition through each stage. Client Updates: Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates throughout the process. Key Skills and Attributes: Time Management: Ability to manage a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to handle client inquiries and concerns. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements: Proven experience as a Case Manager within Second Charges. Familiarity with working in a regulatory compliance environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills.
