Position: Global Customer Experience Manager Salary: Competitive Location: Widnes (Hybrid) The Role The role provides dedicated commercial support for the development of all sales related processes in respect of the implementation of Suttons’ new Salesforce Transport Management System (TMS) solution). The role will ensure the customer quote and sales processes are designed to seamlessly integrate into the order management and billing processes that will be delivered through our Salesforce platform as part of a TMS replacement program. As a core part of the role, the selected candidate will be a required to define, build and implement a global inside sales operating structure. Key Accountabilities: Provide the TMS project with detailed understanding of the commercial strategy and business processes implemented to maximise the commercial effectiveness of the business. Providing input into the discovery and development phase to ensure business requirements are understood and met, implement an effective global standard for inside sales. Support data mapping, data cleansing & creation activities, data migration planning & execution of migration activities. Performing system testing. Documents test scripts and scenarios aligned to business requirements. Carrying out and approving system testing with support of additional business resources where required. Creating training materials & SOPs. Delivery of user training and providing knowledge transfer throughout the project to other key business personnel/areas. Where required attends any additional system related training to support the delivery of the program as identified by the Program Manager/3rd party. Experience 5 years administrational experience, preferably within a fast-paced sales environment. Experience working with, and managing internal and external sub-contractors. Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding/NVOCC services, chemical sectors would be an advantage. Previous experience of working within the Salesforce CRM platform. Skills Strong IT skills, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint are essential. Numerate, analytical and IT literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms. English written and spoken skills essential.
