Administrator / Executive Assistant Location: Fully Remote (with occasional travel to London) Salary: Up to £35,000 We’re seeking a highly organised Administrator / Executive Assistant to join a forward-thinking company that specialises in marketing compliance This fully remote role offers the freedom to work from anywhere, with only occasional travel to London required (up to three times per year). What you’ll be doing: Managing complex diaries for senior partners, ensuring their time is used effectively. Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking itineraries and handling logistics. Overseeing document management, ensuring internal systems and files are well-organised and accessible. Administering and maintaining the company’s CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure efficient workflows. Designing and preparing presentations and other key materials for meetings. Supporting the planning and delivery of events and conferences, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Managing social media administration, ensuring platforms are up-to-date and aligned with the company’s branding. What we’re looking for: A detail-oriented, proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities with ease. Strong organisational skills and experience in diary and travel management. Confident in handling systems and processes, with prior knowledge of HubSpot (or similar CRM tools) being a plus. Someone who thrives in a remote working environment and communicates effectively with teams and stakeholders. Experience in presentation design, event planning, or social media administration would be an advantage but is not essential. Why this role?
