The Outbound Performance Marketing Manager manages the planning, execution, reporting and optimisation of all outbound campaigns and programs to generate top-of-funnel leads to support new business growth across the SWF/SHR product
What that means day to day
* Project manage the design, creation, execution, performance and optimisation of marketing campaigns targeting prospective SWF/SHR with the end goal of increasing lead generation, prospect engagement and won conversion using outbound levers, all while retaining hyperfocus on delivering outbound performance.
* Develop SWF/SHR new business campaigns including ICP campaigns to both the SafeContractor base and externally, webinars, and marketing automation that drive trigger events to support lead generation, prospect nurture through to won conversion.
* Manage the selection, planning, promotion, attendance, and performance of SWF/SHR focused tradeshow / conferences, pre-event, onsite, and post-event working with our external agencies to execute where required.
* Manage outbound digital event marketing (i.e. webinars & webcasts) by SWF/SHR ICPs, including the selection, planning, promotion, attendance and performance of pre-event and post-event working with our external agencies where required.
* Work closely with the inbound performance team, content team and digital operations team to help amplify outbound prospective SWF/SHR campaigns as needed to drive performance, e.g. social event promotion posts and digital targeting.
What you’ll need to be successful
Someone with commercial experience working within a complex and fast paced B2B environment as well as strong experience managing performance marketing strategies for larger clients with longer sales cycles would to well in this role.
It would be advantageous but not a necessity if the successful candidate has experience working within a Saas environment or an understanding of supply chain compliance
