Senior Healthcare Assistant
Day Shifts - 44 hours per week
Night Shifts - 33 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £13.50

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant you will work closely with the care team to provide high-quality care and support to residents. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare practices and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.
Our client provides residential care to older adults requiring personal and dementia care; The Care Home is set amongst beautiful woodland and has high quality living spaces from a library and its own hairdressing salon!
Qualifications
* Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Senior Care Assistant in a care home setting
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in the well-being of others

As a Senior Care Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
* Providing person-centered care to residents in line with their individual care plans
* Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
* Monitoring and recording residents' health and well-being
* Supporting and mentoring junior care staff
* Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team
