QA Manager (Backshift)
Food Manufacturing
Location: North Lanarkshire
Some QA roles are all about firefighting. Constantly putting out small issues, with no time (or support) to actually make improvements. This isn’t one of those.
This site is already in a strong place from a food safety and quality perspective, but "good" isn’t the goal here. They want "great." And that’s where you come in.
As the most senior Quality person on shift, you’ll be the one making the decisions, leading the QA team, and keeping standards high in this chilled, high-care environment. It’s a role that needs confidence, communication, and the drive to push things forward.
The business is in continuous growth mode, so this isn’t just a static, keep-things-ticking-over kind of role. There’s real investment, a strong team, and plenty of opportunities to put your stamp on things.
And if you’re a strong QA Supervisor looking to step up, this could be your chance. The right attitude and leadership skills will get you further than just a job title.
You will be working on a backshift, but there can be some flexibility on the working hours to suit your needs. Something along the lines of 3pm-11pm, 4pm-12am or 5pm-1am!
If you’re ready to take on a QA Manager role where your decisions actually matter, hit apply now!
