We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEN setting on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while making a genuine difference in the lives of young people with additional needs.
The Role:
Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Helping pupils to access learning in a way that suits their individual needs
Supporting behaviour management and promoting positive interactions
Working closely with other professionals to implement tailored support strategies
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a degree in any subject (Psychology, Education, or related fields advantageous)
Is keen to pursue a career in teaching, education, or SEN support
Is patient, empathetic, and adaptable
Has excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
Previous experience working with children or in a support role is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
