What you’ll be doing: In this varied and rewarding role, you'll support the financial management of our extensive property portfolio – including over 600 stores, warehouses, and offices – and be instrumental in key reporting and forecasting activities. Your responsibilities will include: Business Rates Management Account for and analyse business rates across all UK properties. Work closely with third-party rating agents to keep our data accurate and up to date. Professional Property Fees Collaborate with Estates and Tax teams to manage, review and report professional fee costs across our property estate. Concession Income Reconciliation Manage income streams from over 230 concession partners – from cafés to babywear – ensuring every figure is accounted for. Project Involvement Get hands-on with system and data improvement projects, including enhancing our property database and reporting capabilities. Forecasting & Budgeting Prepare monthly forecasts and lead on budgeting cycles for our lease portfolio, identifying key cost and income movements. Reporting & Analysis Take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and monthly management accounts for our Estates division, sharing insightful commentary with senior leaders.
