The Role:
As part of a dynamic Cardiff & Bristol Planning team, the Senior Town Planner will play a key role in delivering significant projects, including strategic planning, development management, and project coordination for a diverse range of private and public sector clients. The role also offers opportunities to get involved in client-side responsibilities.
Qualifications:
1. Chartered Status: Must be MRTPI or actively working towards chartership.
2. Commercial Insight: Strong ability to apply planning expertise within the broader property context.
3. Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficient in analytical and written communication, capable of conveying complex information effectively.
4. Proactive Attitude: Energetic and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
5. Client-Facing Confidence: Experience managing projects and interacting with clients professionally.
