We are looking for a strong Administrator for the administration of all
documentation associated with the contract. The role will require Coordination of Service Delivery activities in relation to security systems based at our site in Plymouth. You will assist in delivery of the maintenance activities for the security systems based at site.
This will include both paper and electronic administration systems
.Strong communication skills are required as you will be liaising with the customer, contractors, engineers and G4S management. Record all fault calls, PPMs and other activities in the relevant systems
.
Manage all aspects of site documentation including (but not limited t
o)Health and Safety Documentation, Permits to Work, Technical Documentation, Maintenance Documentation, Installation Documentation, Financial Information and Personnel Clearance information.
Assist Site based operational team in the gathering of information as and when required. Assist in the production of daily, weekly and monthly reporting packs around agreed KPI’s.
What we are looking for:
Good working knowledge of Google platform, Microsoft Office
suite,specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Experience with Online Documentation Systems.
Experience of working in a highly regulated environment.Team Player, comfortable to proactively engage with other administrative teams on site.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Wiling to work out of business hours where deadlines necessitate.
You will require 5 Year work history or evidence to support any period of unemployment,
self- employment or time spent in full-time education during that period.
